Barry and Natalie Greene

Barry and Natalie Greene have been generous major donors to the MA/NH Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association for many years. They have been instrumental in supporting our Dementia Care Coordination program. In addition, Barry serves as a member of the Hope on the Harbor Executive Leadership Committee and has been helpful in spreading the word about the Alzheimer's Association to the Biotech/pharmaceutical industry. We are thrilled to honor Barry and Natalie for their contributions to our chapter and all they have done to move our mission forward.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA (BCBSMA) has been a partner in the Dementia Care Coordination (DCC) caregiver support model since 2016. DCC is included as part of their Member Support and Assistance Program and case managers use the DCC model for their members. Their team recognizes their partnership with the Alzheimer's Association as an example of the deep roots that BCBSMA has in the community. BCBSMA clinicians also understand how cognitive impairment affects the management of other chronic conditions and use the DCC model to address this. Their partnership has led to over 1000 referrals to the Alzheimer's Association since 2016.
